The following terms and conditions (henceforth: the TCs) are valid between you (consumer) and SC Baritex SRL (henceforth: Baritex ; may be referred to as “us”, “we”, “Premiers pas” or “Website”). These terms and conditions set out the legal terms that apply to your use of our website www.premierspas-atelier.com, any of its sub-domains and any mobile device application or desktop application developed by us or on our behalf. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully.
The electronic commerce site www.premierspas-atelier.com is published by SC Baritex SRL (Reg. No.J17/1672/2006). All orders you place through this Website and our deliveries and services are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. These general terms apply to all orders on the Site. By using these services, you are agreeing to all of these terms that may vary accordingly to modifications and updates. Any orders placed for a product for sale on the website implies the acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

Please read the TCs carefully before placing any orders on www.premierspas-atelier.com. We recommend that you keep a copy of the TCs for future reference.

These general terms of sale are governed by the laws of Romania, save for any mandatory provisions to the contrary under the Rome Convention on the law applicable to contractual obligations of June 19, 1980.

We may modify the TCs from time to time. The date of the latest update is found in the final section of the Terms and Conditions. Each purchase is subject to the Terms and Conditions in the version applicable at the date of submitting the order. Please inform yourself about the applying version of Terms and Conditions before submitting your order. Please note that the terms and conditions valid for your order are always the terms and conditions that you have read and accepted before you have placed your order and not a later version.

Please note that Premiers Pas does not guarantee that all products presented on the Website are in stock or are available for purchase.

The language of the Terms and Conditions is English. 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Romania.

II.CLIENT INFORMATION

To be a customer of the Site you must be a consumer, of legal age and with full legal capacity, and you can reside anywhere in the world.

In order to use some of the services and features made available to you on this Site, you will need to register for an account. When you register, you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. Premiers Pas collects personal data on the Site. Such data is required for processing orders and may be communicated, in whole or in part, to our service providers involved in completing the order.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have certain rights under the law. In Romania these include:
1. That any products you order through this Site will be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose, and will conform to any description given on this Site;
2. Certain remedies if a product is defective;
3. A right to cancel any order for a product within 14 days after the date of receipt of the product, and to receive a full refund if it is not defective.

PLACING AN ORDER

By using our Website and/or placing an order at Premiers Pas, by telephone or e-mail, you confirm that you have read these terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy, and that you accept them.
Please make sure that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions before you place an order. An order can only be placed if you have previously confirmed that you accept these Terms and Conditions. Before you place your order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selections, the information you have provided, the total price of your order and correct any input errors. If prolonged inactivity causes your connection to the Website to fail, your selection of products may be lost. In such case, you will be required to re-enter your selection of products to the shopping bag.Our workshop only works on order! The term of execution of Premiers Pas products is 7-10 working days from the confirmation of the order. Upon order confirmation, the customer will receive the order invoice and payment confirmation on the email address provided. It is important to order the products with enough time before the event or when you want them.Pay attention to the color of the products. We try our best to present you the products on the Website as correctly as possible. However, please note that due to the color settings of your computer, the colors of the products shown in the pictures on the Website can differ somewhat from their actual colors. Premiers Pas cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy, however you can return an item that is not satisfactory to you because of the color according to our Return & Refunds.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After submitting your order, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail with your order number, details of the product or products you have ordered from us, your payment details and delivery details. Please note that the confirmation e-mail is an acknowledgement that we have received your order and is not an acceptance of the order.

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER

Please note that all orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. We may, at our discretion, choose not to accept your order for any reason whatsoever without any liability to you. Once the order has been processed, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent with all relevant information about your order and these Terms and Conditions. The shipping confirmation is our acceptance of your order. Please note that Premiers Pas does not guarantee that all products presented on the Website are in stock at the time of your order. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you shortly, by e-mail or by phone. If we already have received payment for such product we will refund you the amount of the purchase.
Please note that in case we try to reach you for more information, it is because we really want your order to be satisfactory and we give our best in this interest.


PRICES

The prices shown on the Website include VAT.
We include the cost of taxes and duties in your order, so you don’t have to pay any additional fees if you are located in the European Union.
For shipments outside the EU, import duties and taxes may occur, which means additional charges for you. These are usually imposed once a shipment reaches your country and these aren’t costs that we can control. Prices do NOT include delivery charges.
The prices may vary according to the country you’re ordering from.

PAYMENTS

International orders can only be processed if the payments are made by credit card. For Romania, the Cash on Delivery payment method will also be available. Romanian credit card payments can be made only by Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Please note that your card is debited with the purchase amount once you place the order. We do our best to make the Website as secure as possible. You can pay online with your personal or company card, in complete security. Cards accepted for payment are those issued under the logos VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro, if they have CVV2 / CVC2 code).
No additional transaction fees are charged.
Card data processing is done exclusively on Netopia Payments servers.
The security of your information is guaranteed by the fact that Netopia Payments does not store the confidential data of your card, but sends it encrypted on a secure connection to the processor bank. This way your information is secure.
Regardless of the currency you have in your account, the transactions are made in lei, at the exchange rate of your bank.
Payment will be debited and cleared from your account once you place the order. You confirm that the credit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Premiers Pas, your order will be cancelled. We are not responsible for any charges or penalties which may be imposed by the payment provider as result of payment being processed in respect of your order.

SHIPPING

Premiers Pas ships all orders from Galati, Romania. We process and ship orders within 1-7 business days, during peak periods it might take up to 3-10 business days. Around the legal holidays (Easter, Christmas, etc...) the delivery term may change, for this reason it is important to place the order in time for your event or contact us at the email address premierspasatelier@gmail.com for more information regarding the delivery time
All orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 10A.M. to 6P.M. . Please bear in mind that orders which are placed during weekends will be processed on Monday.

All international orders will be shipped via DHL Express. The transit time after dispatch may vary depending on location [1 – 5 days for all international orders].

We ship all domestic orders with Cargus Express. Our customers receive their orders 1–2 business days from the moment they are shipped.The standard shipping cost is 20 RON for domestic orders. For international orders, the shipping costs depend on your location and are calculated at checkout.

CUSTOMER’S RIGHT OF REVOCATION

Right of Revocation

We want to give you complete satisfaction upon receiving an order from Premiers Pas, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise your right to return the products.

According to the law in force OUG 34/2014, the consumer can cancel the contract with Premiers Pas/ SC Baritex SRL in relation to the products purchased from www.premierspas-atelier.com without any penalty and without specifying the reason, by notifying the seller in writing, within 14 working days, starting with the day you took possession of the products through the courier company. Returns can be communicated via the email address premierspasatelier@gmail.com.

The products must be delivered to the supplier within 14 working days from the date on which you notified in writing the cancellation of the order. If the cancellation of the contract is made within 14 working days, we will process the refund due as soon as possible and in any case, within 30 days from the date on which you notified the cancellation of the contract. Premiers Pas will refund the full price of the products.

The consumer bears the direct costs related to the return of the products. (OUG 34/2014, art. 14 paragraph 2)

CONSEQUENCES OF REVOCATION

If you revoke this contract, we are obliged to return to you, promptly but in no case later than within 14 days from the day on which we have received the notification of your revocation, all payments that we have received from you excluding the costs of delivery (except any additional costs that result from you having chosen a different method of delivery than the method offered by us).

For such repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you have used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed with you otherwise; in no case will we charge you any fees due to such repayment. We are entitled to refuse repayment until we have received the returned goods. You are obliged to send back, but in no case later than within 14 days from the day on which you notified us of the revocation of this contract. The time limit is complied with if you send the products before the expiration of the 14 days time limit to the address.

Premiers Pas reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, except where the change was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the items.

RETURN POLICY

In order to successfully return any items ordered at Premiers Pas, you should comply with the following requests:
Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.

• We cannot refund or take returns on clothing that has been worn or used.
• We strictly do not accept returns that have been worn for press and styling purposes including photo-shoots.
• Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
• The Customer bears the cost of returning the goods.

RESALE POLICY

You may purchase products on www.premierspas-atelier.com for personal use only and not for resale. By placing an order on www.premierspas-atelier.com, you certify that you are purchasing products for your own personal use and not for resale and that you accept the Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.

FUNCTIONALITY OF OUR WEBSITE

We do our best to keep all the information on the Website accurate and up-to-date. However, faults are human and we cannot promise that all the content of this site is completely free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither we can guarantee that all the information is up-to-date. Premiers Pas may, at any time, modify the content of this site. Although Premiers Pas strives to display the correct texts, images and pricing on the site and online shop, errors may occur.
