RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want to give you complete satisfaction upon receiving an order from Premiers Pas, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise your right to return the products.
If your purchase is not exactly what you’re looking for, you have 14 days from receiving your order to arrange your return.

We offer returns for either store credit or a refund in the original form of payment.

Please make sure the item(s) you are sending back comply with the following return conditions:

  • Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached. Otherwise, they can be reshipped to the customer.
  • We will not accept goods that have been worn, altered, washed, with traces of deodorant or the smell of perfume / perspiration, forced to the sample with rare or unstitched seams, blocked or broken zippers, etc.
  • We strictly do not accept returns that have been worn for press and styling purposes including photoshoots.
  • Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
  • Premiers Pas reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements.

For the card payment orders, the amount will be returned on the same transaction card.


RETURN OR EXCHANGES PROCESS FOR ORDERS WITHIN ROMANIA:

  • Announce Premiers Pas at the mail adress premierspasatelier@gmail.com for your return. 
  • Place the item(s) in the original box together with the original or a copy of the receipt that came with your order, the return form (in case you filled it out by hand), and close the box, and tape it securely.

RETURNS PROCESS FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

  • Announce Premiers Pas at the mail adress premierspasatelier@gmail.com for your return. 
  • Place the item(s) in the original box together with the original or a copy of the receipt that came with your order.

EXCHANGES

Currently, we are unable to offer exchanges on our products. You can simply create a new order for the style you wish to have instead and create your return in the meantime – you will be refunded for the unwanted item in maximum 7 business days from the moment we receive your return.

All refunds are made within 7 business days from receiving your return.

Once your return has been received and accepted by our quality control team, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs.

NON-REFUNDABLE COSTS

Original shipping costs are not refundable.
